HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS! This also marked my first picture of the year!
I watched Rise of the Guardians recently and I completely fell in love with it, especially with the gorgeous animation. If you're one of those conservatives who bash the film based on the premise that the characters do not conform to their traditional interpretations, then I don't like you, and I hope you step on a lego, barefoot.
That aside, I've already felt so bad for Pitch even during the film. When I was informed that it was based on a children's novel series, what I expected of Pitch's background involved anything but tears. TURNS OUT I WAS WRONG and I am now groaning in agony against my keyboard as a river streams down my face because I totally have a weakness for father-daughter angst jfc
Poor guy can never catch a break, seriously.
Now I can't wait to actually order the books and read them!
